The owner states that the adjoining tract shown on the GIS is part of his property.  Our research has not been able to uncover a metes and bounds description or plat to determine the boundary of the property but the deed, tax records, title work, and appraisal all list property as 51 acres.
    UPDATE: We have located a plat showing the acquisition of the government land.  Using the information on this plat, the lines as we presented them on the aerial are very close and the acreage is estimated to be around 43 acres.
