1. REGISTER TO BID: register at bid.trfauctions.com.  A credit card is required to register to verify ID. Call Micah for additional options.
2. BID ONLINE: place bids at bid.trfauctions.com.  Auction closes on September 16, 2026 at 6pm.
3. INVOICES: invoices will be sent within 1 hour of the close of the auction
4. PAYMENT: you can pay your invoice online, via wire transfer, or in-person
5. FOR IN-PERSON PAYMENT:
   TRF Auctions will be on-site to take payments and for pick up of items on the following days:
   Thu, Sept. 17 from 9am-4pm;
   Fri, Sept. 18 from 9am-4pm;
   Sat, Sept. 19 from 9am-1pm

TERMS SUMMARY: All items sell "AS-IS." 10% buyer premium. Full settlement by cash, check, or credit card. 4% fee for credit card. Virginia sales tax applies.  All items sell to highest bidder at or above the starting price. Click the "Terms" tab for full terms and conditions.

FIREARMS:
Purchasers may pickup firearms beginning Monday, September 21 at Lynchburg Arms, 2309 Mayflower Dr, Lynchburg, VA .
All State and Federal Gun Laws Apply.
Shipping is available to FFL dealers.
Purchasers of firearms MUST:

1. have remitted payment to TRF Auctions prior to pickup. Lynchburg Arms (FFL Dealer) DOES NOT collect payment for firearms. Dealer will require a PAID receipt from TRF Auctions.
2. Virginia Residents must be able to provide a valid Virginia Driver's License.
3. be at least 18 years old for rifles / shotguns and at least 21 years old for handguns.
4. must be able to pass a background check.  Please DO NOT bid if you cannot pass a background check. 
5. The registered bidder must be the one who picks up the firearm.
6. Background check and transfer provided by Lynchburg Arms. Transfer fees are $32 per firearm payable to Lynchburg Arms. 
7. Unless you have a concealed carry permit, you are only allowed to purchase one pistol a month in the state of Virginia.  There is no limit on rifles and shotguns.
8. Firearms not picked up after 90 days will be charged $20 per month storage.  After 180 days, they will be considered abandoned and become the property of Dealer.
9. ALL FIREARMS ARE SOLD AS-IS WITH NO WARRANTIES OR REFUNDS. Buyer's are encouraged to inspect at Preview dates

TERMS:
Property sells "AS-IS" and "WHERE-IS" without warranties of any kind.  Potential Buyers must perform such independent investigations with respect to the Property as they deem necessary to verify information provided by Auction Company.

WARRANTY :
All information provided by Auction Company is deemed reliable but is not warranted. The information provided by the Auction Company is subject to verification by all parties relying on it.  No liability for its accuracy, error or omission is assumed by the Auction Company.

REGISTRATION:
Bids will be accepted only from registered bidders. You will need a credit card to register online or call for additional options.  The bidding platform may place a $1 temporary charge on your card to ensure it is valid.

ONLINE BIDDING:
This in an online ONLY auction.  Bidding will close in stages at 6PM Wednesday, September 16,  2026. Lots will close in groups spaced every 90 seconds to allow bidders to keep up with multiple items. There is a soft close meaning if a bid is placed in the last seconds of the auction, the bidding on that item will be extended for 90 seconds until no further bidding occurs.

BUYER'S PREMIUM:
A TEN PERCENT (10%) Buyer's Premium will be added to the high bid to determine the final sales price. There is an additional 4% fee if paying by credit card.

SALES TAX:
Virginia's 5.3% sales tax will be charged for this auction.

PAYMENT:
NOTE: We do not automatically charge the card used to register.
At the conclusion of the auction, you will receive an invoice to your registered email.
To pay by Credit Card (4% fee), use the payment link in the email prior to pick up.
If paying by Cash or Good Check, you may pay at time of pickup.
Auction company reserves the right to hold items/titles until check or charge clears.
Payment Deadline: Full settlement must not be later than 1PM EST on Saturday, September 19,  and prior to item removal.
If payment has not been received by Payment Deadline, your credit card on file will be charged the invoiced amount. If payment does not go through, your account will be in default. If not remedied within one business day, the Auction Company will have the right to immediately resell, store, or discard your item and you will be liable for any associated costs or losses.

APPROVAL:
All items sell to highest bidder at or above starting bid.  Seller reserves the right to add to or remove items from the auction.

PREVIEWS:
Items are sold "As-Is." We strongly encourage you to preview items to ensure they are in the condition you expect.

• Items sell "as-is" and "where-is." Removal of all items is the responsibility of the buyer.  While there may be assistance and equipment to help load during load out days, it is not guaranteed to be available. Buyers are responsible for all proper loading & removal.  Please preview or ask if you have any questions prior to bidding.

No items can be removed without a PAID invoice.
All items (except select bulky/heavy items) must be removed by 1pm on September 19 unless prior arrangements have been made with the auction company. Any items remaining after this time without Auction Company approval will be considered abandoned and may be resold, returned, or discarded.
Any damage to the real estate by the Purchaser or its agents is the responsibility of the Purchaser.
